That is a really favorable matchup for him and the Bears usually feed on bad teams and I'm sure will put up 40 something points on the Browns. Devin should be apart of that somewhere. Burleson has a tough matchup vs. Dallas and Hasselbeck is too erratic at times to count on his WRs as decent options. Bradshaw is having ankle and foot problems and is seeing a specialist so idk if you would really want to rely on him, especially vs the Eagles defense.
