One or two of those bunts gets beat out. That could have been a really big inning. Daubach's should have been a shoo-in, the third baseman was so far off the line. Robbie's was an eyelash play. Just give me one of them. 3. JM brings in a lefty to face Huff, or at least walks him. No excuse to leave White in the way they were hitting him. The game was tied at the start of that inning. But it's not like he's gotta a whole lot of options after Marte and Flash...I thought they shoulda walked Huff to get to the next dude. But oh well...Will whoop that ass tomorrow... Capn12 Posted July 27, 2003 Share Posted July 27, 2003 It is unfortunate because Rowand was really starting to hit when they got Everett, for apparently no reason other than to make the stockholders and fans think they were making a run at it , "hey they must be, tey are buying instead of selling."
