caulfield12
QUOTE (fathom @ Sep 2, 2010 -> 11:09 PM) Really bad decision to pitch Duensing here. Just not worth it, especially when you're up 4 games and you have the health of Baker in question. This is his normal throwing day...but you can be sure this his start against the Rangers this weekend will be under the microscope.
PeavyTime
QUOTE (CWSOX45 @ Sep 2, 2010 -> 11:11 PM) Glen Perkins? Jeff Manship? I hate injuries, but I approve of them starting 3 outs Valverde!
WilliamTell
QUOTE (PeavyTime @ Sep 2, 2010 -> 11:10 PM) Who is their 5th starter if Baker is hurt? Pavano, Lirano, Baker, Blackburn, Slowey, Duensing. Blackburn has pitched pretty well his last 2 starts.

caulfield12
QUOTE (CWSOX45 @ Sep 2, 2010 -> 11:11 PM) Glen Perkins? Jeff Manship? Blackburn just came back too, but he pitched so well I don't think they're concerned about him for the moment.

caulfield12
Dad-gummit... Odds of this run not scoring? 10%? What the heck is it with the strike zone now? That's ridiculous.
fathom
That inside fastball on the 3-0 has been a strike the entire night.

fathom
Great defensive play out there to hold him to a single. We need Mauer to hit into a rocket 4-6-3. Oh, and Ozzie...notice how they didn't bunt?

caulfield12
This is almost getting to be more upsetting than a 2nd half of the season White Sox game with the way it's heading... Joe Mauer double play ball please.
fathom
How awful has Ramon Santiago's ABs been tonight? Him and Cabrera must have gone out drinking last night.
Harry Chappas
i really f***ing hate that team mauer just set us up for a cuddyer kick to the nuts Edited September 3, 2010 by Jenks Heat
WilliamTell
Of course the Tigers can't score 1 more run with 2 runners in scoring position and 1 out. now the Twins are going to score 2 this inning to win the game. We can't catch up if the Tigers keep blowing it for us. Maybe they're pissed how we keeled over and died against the Twins at the end of the season last year and took 5 of 6 from the Tigers.
