lostfan
QUOTE (Soxbadger @ Jan 15, 2011 -> 09:58 PM) When you see Rogers make a play like that, I wonder if I really want to face his team in the playoffs. That's why I wanted the Bears to knock them out in Week 17.

That was on Martz. Calling deep drops and big plays when the line couldn't pick up a blitz for the entire game. Totally preventable.

Calling deep drops and big plays when the line couldn't pick up a blitz for the entire game. Totally preventable. Oh, absolutely. But it was what was happening and it was tough to keep trying to win when your QB could be injured on just about every down.

I know they have to win that game. i also know they're coached to deal with what's in front of them and to not look ahead. What I say doesn't matter. Balta1701
The good news is...if the Bears get through tomorrow...they're going to have the "Nobody believes in us" chip on their shoulder the whole week.
G&T
So far, the bye week hasn't proven all too helpful. The Steelers got it together, but they came out ice cold. Atlanta isn't even giving GB a game. If the Bears come out slow, that could be a problem.
iamshack
Kind of crazy that the Packers have taken out the #3 and #1 seeds on the road before we've even stepped on the field.

Should be more scary than anything. The Bears and Packers know each other pretty well though, so I think it'd be a pretty good game.
soxsoxsoxsox
so now it's all set up. you really couldn't ask for a better scenario if you're the bears. what an epic game that'd be packers bears nfc championship. why do I have a terrible feeling they're going to screw it up. Mike Williams had a big game against the Bears Knox had a big game against the Seahwaks Holmes is the best WR on any of these 3 teams.

Swingandalongonetoleft
I hate it that when Atlanta finally started moving the ball at the end of the third (down 42-14) they just let the clock run out on the quarter without running another play. Yeah, they scored one or two plays into the fourth quarter, but you're getting beat by so much that even if you have a miracle fourth quarter you'll still probably lose. This goes for any team facing a significant deficit, especially when it happens at the half.

JPN366
I'm just psyched about tomorrow's game, I'm sure guys are too. Funny story, as a child, I was a Seahawks fan and a Bears fan. Bears were my NFC team, Seahawks my AFC team. I lost interest in the Bears over time and strictly became a Seahawks fan.
