fathom
Gould with another huge boot. Nice to get a two possession lead.
DukeNukeEm
I was getting worried about Gould a little bit, nice to see him bounce back here and make two long kicks.
DukeNukeEm
Another FG, gotta come away with at least one touchdown to win this thing. Frankly, I'm not really sure we need to. Knock on wood.
Chisoxfn
Damn, that was some leg by Gould there. He could have hit from close to 60 on that one.

southsideirish71
I would like to see Knox and Olsen lining up as the WRs with Hester in the slot. That would give the speedster, the size guy, and the toolsy slot receiver. Knox runs those deep routes, Olsen goes middle, and hester crosses as the short. lostfan
QUOTE (southsideirish71 @ Nov 18, 2010 -> 10:14 PM) I would like to see Knox and Olsen lining up as the WRs with Hester in the slot. That would give the speedster, the size guy, and the toolsy slot receiver. Knox runs those deep routes, Olsen goes middle, and hester crosses as the short. Hester playing the Wes Welker role and getting open in space could be pretty dangerous. Can't ignore Bennett's consistency though.
Chisoxfn
QUOTE (DukeNukeEm @ Nov 18, 2010 -> 07:11 PM) Frankly, I'm not really sure we need to. Knock on wood. Momentum is only as good as one play. I'll take all the points we can get.

DukeNukeEm
Israel Idonije has been quite the surprise this year. He's been getting better every year. Hard to imagine 2 seasons ago he basically Brandon Ayanbedejo.
southsideirish71
QUOTE (lostfan @ Nov 18, 2010 -> 09:15 PM) Hester playing the Wes Welker role and getting open in space could be pretty dangerous. Can't ignore Bennett's consistency though. Bennet would be my 3rd down possession guy. I just think having Olsen being out wide would give the size, and the speed and help balance the attack. Another weapon.
DukeNukeEm
Bennet would be my 3rd down possession guy. I just think having Olsen being out wide would give the size, and the speed and help balance the attack. Another weapon. Olsen, as we've seen today, is still a pretty decent blocker. Harder to scheme against the offense when he start out in the 3 point stance.

Harder to scheme against the offense when he start out in the 3 point stance. Or he can line up as a wingback and do things like that. That works. I dont mind. southsideirish71
The defender plays grab ass with Knox, basically takes him off the ball. Of course the announcer keeps talking about Cutler dodging the bullet. Well the bullet wouldn't need to dodged if the defender wasnt f***ing around with Knox. lostfan
Very well-managed drive, good playcalling, and some clutch plays by Cutler and Olsen. Miami's defense looks gassed.

DukeNukeEm
Cover 2 isnt the ideal scheme to play against the Eagles (imo). Probably, but we have the talent to force him into turnovers. He hasn't had to deal with that at all this season.
