Oh jeesh, Brett is a perve, but grow up ladies. How is this any different than Brett trying to hit on them in a bar?

Give me a break.

Well i would have a problem if some guy texted my wife asking her to hook up with him, celebrity or not. And to say that they lost work because of it(i dont know if this is something that can be proven or not), I guess that would make me pretty angry too.

Regardless, Brett can you try and keep it in your pants?

Well I'm not saying you have no right to be angry as the husband of these women, but to file suit in court? That's just money grubbing.

Do you think if I were to do this to these women they would file suit?

So the guy is a pervert. It's not the best character trait, but give me a break, this is not a criminal offense.

It is if it happens in a place of or in the context of employment and is unwelcome. That's pretty much the definition of sexual harassment.

Yeah, and you take these facts to court and try to sue Brett for sexual harassment and see if you win the case.

Not to mention wrongful terminiation.

They are independent contractors. They were not employed by the Jets, but just contracted with to provide massage therapy services during training camp.

Obviously I have not seen the complaint, but you've got to have a hell of a lot more proof than what was written in that article to prove sexual harassment. I'm not even sure a wrongful termination suit is possible when the employees in question are independent contractors. It probably isn't, since it does not appear they alleged that.

@ZachZaidman - If next year is a 16-game sked, #Bears would play at home vs. SD, OAK, CAR, ATL, SEA, MIN, GB, DET. Road: DEN, KC, TB, NO, PHI, MIN, GB, DET

I read somewhere else that the home games are going to be OAK and KC.

Anyone else watch that Sam Bradford interview?

His voice is calming. Very calming.

He looks like he should be wearing skinny jeans and a horizontal striped shirt, listening to Godspeed You Black Emperor. The Seahawks don't lose to guys like that.

Hah, no offense, but that last line is kinda funny :)

I have no problem with them making the playoffs, but I don't think they should get a home game. 11-5 should not have to travel to 7-9.

The Saints are easily the better team, but with the cross-country trip they have to make, and the home field advantage that is Qwest Field, I don't think you can count the Sea Chickens out.

Maybe the Saints should've won their division.

Yeah you can.

Saints will win by 2 touchdowns.

you must have had a horrible day yesterday :lolhitting

It sure seemed that way, but after NFL stats went official, Percy Harvin had 2 receiving yards taken away, going from 71 to 69. I had originally lost 97-96, but check back in today and found it we tied at 96 in which case I won in a tie breaker because I was 11-3 in the regular season and he was 7-7. Fantasy league champion! :P

Maybe the Saints should play in the NFC West?

Come on, really?

This discussion is lame. The Seahawks were the best of a bad division, it happens sometimes. I dont think we should all b**** about changing the home field advantage rules because a division happened to be bad one year. If the Saints are that good, they will win, despite being on the road. If you want homefield advantage guaranteed, win your division.

QUOTE (GoSox05 @ Jan 3, 2011 -> 09:26 AM)
Besides Luck, none of the other QB's look all that good.

I think this is actually a pretty solid QB class. Luck is the obvious #1, but Gabbert, Mallett, Newton, and arguably even Pryor too if he were to come out (he's supposedly going back, but I'll believe that when I see it), and I can certainly see one or two of those guys being top 5-7 players come late April.

Beyond that, I don't think the Bills have to take a QB at 3. If they don't and then don't see the value or their guy in the 2nd, there are going to be pundits who say they're idiots, but I really don't believe so. For the first time in years, I believe the Bills have a coaching staff - atleast on the offensive side of the ball - that can develop late round draft picks. Ryan Fitzpatrick, though not good, is basically Jon Kitna from the Lions however many years back, before the Lions went winless (plus the BEARD, which gives him courage) - that is, a QB who is good enough to manage a team to the playoffs that has enough talent around him, but not good enough to lead a team to the playoffs on his one, hence the Bills 4-12 record this year.

If the Dolphins fire Sparano, or, on a hugely lesser note, let Tyler Thigpen go, I would not be surprised to see the Bills pick him up. He was very successful in Chan Gailey's offense in the year he was OC in KC.

No matter what, I expect the Bills to be competent offensively next year. Defense is a huge, huge, huge question mark still, and will still be after the draft.

(two moves, both involving Denver, that I would not be surprised to see - Tebow being dealt (likely Buffalo, because they are in mad love with him), and the Broncos trading up one pick with the Panthers, no matter the cost, to get Luck, because Elway, without ever having seen a move he's made, already seems like a guy who wants his Stanford Stud)

I agree and not sure if you did it intentionally but you left out Locker as well, even though he hasn't exactly had the most impressive career so far, he's got a ton of upside. I'm usually a really tough critic on qb's coming out of college but I like the potential of this class a lot.

Those qb's coming out this year all have high upside, but I also think they have a good chance to bust. I think its a real hit or miss year. I kinda forgot about Locker. I think he may be a better NFL qb than a college qb.

I think the Bills need some D. A good pass rusher.

Is there anyone who stands out like Suh this year? If not, then I wouldn't spend the #3 pick on that spot.

Mocking the Draft has Patrick Peterson going at #2 to Denver to replace Champ Bailey as the shutdown CB.

Da'Quan Bowers is at #4, said to be the best pass rusher in the draft (wonder if the Bills will pass at #3 though considering the problems Maybin has had).

As for the Cowboys at #9, we need to take the best defensive player on the board, either a defensive lineman or one of the CB's (which the draft seems to have a few good ones early on).

Seattle has no pressure on them to win, the Saints better look out. Next stop after that, the Bears. Then the Packers back in Seattle, then the Steelers in Dallas. Super Bowl 45, the revenge of the Seahawks. Go Seahawks!
