That's where he's going to be asked non-baseball stuff that could become a distraction to his job. I don't like this, and I don't blame the Sox brass not wanting him to have website either. This is what usually happens to people with a brain. The twitter thing grows old quickly. Celebrities (actors, thinktankers in the workplace, etc) seem to love it because they have nothing better to do all day. Check the people who have brains and their twitter sites. They post a lot quickly then it really dies down fast. Or they might post a few things at the end of the day or something when they are are vegging out watching TV or something. A lot of coaches were gung ho in starting it and the tweets tailed off dramatically after a month max. And I've noticed that people with a lotta time on their hands tend to think it's amazing.
