This sucks. The pregame is blacked out on DIRECTV even though I have MLBEI and Sports pack.

I noticed that too, hopefully that won't continue or maybe its new this year. I have mlb extra innings and comcast in a sports package so why I wouldn't get it I have no idea.

I believe pre-game and post are owned by the station, not MLB. So having EI doesn't help with that.

The sports pack includes all Comcast and Fox sports channels so we see CSN Chicago all the time on DTV and pre and post game was always part of it before.

Wow, Pujols. Some things never change

I know Reyes & Beltran are hurt, but with the lineup the Mets are throwing out there today, they are going nowhere in the NL East

LOL, David Wright just answered my comment with a 2-run bomb

that really is an awful lineup tho...

Is it going to rain or anything like that? I wouldn't be opposed to a little delay to enable me to get to the hotel and catch the tail end of the game.

Blue skies.... smiling at me.

Watch it online on espn 3 (if you have any sort of normal cable provider).

Yeah, this is the first time I've seen this. Hopefully it's just an opening day thing.

Really? Opened ESPN3, says it only has the Cards/Reds now, then the Cubs/Braves is upcoming, and a whole lotta soccer, no Sox game

I just read that Jon Garland is the opening day starter for San Diego? ...

Off topic, but I actually met Mat Latos, I'm a senior on my highschool team and he went there as well so he came down to help us out. Scariest arm I have ever seen.
