chw42
I looked at weather.com. It's going to rain until 9. Maybe we'll get this game in and it'll end at like 1 in the morning.

Chi Town Sox
QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Apr 7, 2010 -> 03:48 PM) Chances of game actually happening 50-50. Chances of precipitation have actually dropped drastically around game time. Should be able to play it, maybe a little delay

Steve9347
QUOTE (Chi Town Sox @ Apr 7, 2010 -> 04:00 PM) April showers bring Tyler Flowers? Only if AJ tears an ACL while slipping on the wet grass behind home plate.
Balta1701
QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Apr 7, 2010 -> 05:01 PM) Only if AJ tears an ACL while slipping on the wet grass behind home plate. If this happens you're so getting banned.
mreye
Just another reason I hate that they take a day off after the first game every year. You've waited since October for baseball? Well, here's 13 games on opening day! And then a big FU with 7 the next day.
Steve9347
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 7, 2010 -> 04:03 PM) If this happens you're so getting banned. Technically, shouldn't Chi Town Sox get banned? It was his idea.

CanOfCorn
Vote time! Co-worker bought Sox tickets and REALLY wants to see Peavy pitch. His date's Dad gave her 'hawks tickets just in case Sox game rains out. Which should he choose?

This really blows.
Steve9347
If you go to weather.com, there is a huge 2 hour window where they predict no rain from 7-9pm, then the percentages don't go much higher. This game will be played, but expect 5 innings from JFP before a short delay.
