Chisoxfn
Wow...f***ing HUUUGE block by Taj Gibson with 26.6 seconds left. Might have been the play of the season given the magnitude of that.
chw42
Why can't Sox get some more hits like Peralta did? Flip the bat out there and place one nicely in the outfield. Pitcher supplies the power.

fathom
QUOTE (Reddy @ Apr 9, 2010 -> 03:44 AM) everybody needs to shut up about paulie's D. he's one of the best in the league. Range is a very overrated defensive ability 1st basemen need

chw42
QUOTE (Leonard Zelig @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 09:46 PM) How has Jones looked in center? Made a pretty crappy throw on Sizemore's double.

He just cost us the lead and the run. A veteran like him should make that play.

Quin
At least the Bulls game is nice. I enjoy Hinrich's D. Edited April 9, 2010 by Quinarvy
Chisoxfn
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 07:46 PM) Range is a very overrated defensive ability 1st basemen need So you are saying 1st baseman don't really need range, right? In which case, Paulie is pretty good than? I'd say he's better than most but his lack of range keeps him out of the well above average to elite category. Balta1701
QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 10:46 PM) Made a pretty crappy throw on Sizemore's double. But he did hold him to a double though. As far as he had to go that should have been a triple unless Sizemore is running like me.

chw42
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 09:47 PM) Like what Quentin did? Quentin actually put power behind his ball. Peralta just leaned over the plate and slapped it out there.
LittleHurt05
Goal Miami RedHawks, deficit down to 3-1. Rafael Perez used to be a top LOOGY in the league, but has been a suckfest the last few years, lets get the lead back now.
Chisoxfn
Varajao is such a flopper. Hinrich's D HUGE. Wow, Kirk is coming up big time. Damn it Deng...make the free throws.

His range is mediocre given his athletic ability issues. That grounder by Hafner was a play that he needed to try and get his body in front of. Brian
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 8, 2010 -> 09:42 PM) Konerko's poor effort in not getting his body in front of the ball cost us. Was surprised nobody posted this right when it happened. That was lazy by him.

Chisoxfn
Ugghg....Deng misses 2 free throws that could have at least made it a 3 point lead. Deng might have cost the Bulls the playoffs with those misses. Hopefully not.
bighurt4life
Paulie is one of the best in the game at picking errant throws out of the dirt. He definitely saves us some runs with that ability.
