fathom
Great location by Buehrle...good reaction by Beckham on that soft liner. Time for Pierre to get on so Beckham can bunt him over.

greg775
I'm glad he gave Mark eight innings. If our team has any heart at all, it will scratch out a run and get him a possible win.
ThunderBolt
QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 11, 2010 -> 03:55 PM) We don't really know. It's too small a sample size, but it's clear end is Nixs' superior position. I don't think we should move Beckham again at this point, so i don't think Nix has any choice but to adapt to 3rd. Balta1701
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 11, 2010 -> 03:55 PM) BTW, did Thome get a big ovation on Friday night? It was good sized, most of the park stood, he tipped his hat, there were probably a few boos but they were drowned out. It wasn't going "Frank Thomas" crazy, but it was a good showing. Reddy
this is a GREAT outing by mark - doesn't have his good stuff, but finds it and pitches 8 innings keeping us in the game and saving that bullpen. awesome.

greg775
I don't care about Sabermetrics, sorry. My own eyes tell me I like Pods more than I do Pierre. I watched Pods again today smash a base hit that nearly tore the pitcher's head off to start the game and he stole second for his third SB of the year. I know I know. Pods sucks.
