JohnCangelosi
QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Apr 24, 2010 -> 03:19 PM) You mean Pierre? Had to mean Pierre. God, our hitting is just awful. I hope we can come out of this before its too late
caulfield12
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 24, 2010 -> 02:21 PM) I wonder if we'll get more than one hit against Fister this game? I can't believe AJP is still batting 5th in this lineup. FIRE AJ. Bring up Flowers!!! It's pretty much like we didn't even bat in the bottom of the first. We might as well not have, just let them stay in the dugout for six outs in a row. Edited April 24, 2010 by caulfield12
justBLAZE
What the heck? Half the White Sox wearing the Andruw band aid LOL. Edited April 24, 2010 by justBLAZE
chisoxfan09
At least Freddie is pitching very well so far. He is changing speeds very well and the splitter is nasty today. Edited April 24, 2010 by chisoxfan09
caulfield12
I think the White Sox should activate Scott Elarton or Eric Hillman to counter Price Pfister Faucet guy.

It's not a special commemorative promotion for Mother's Day? Breast Cancer Awareness? Thought it was pink band aids, haha. I can't believe we don't have Eric Byrnes and Aaron Miles on our roster....they're both very very grinder-ish. Thought it was pink band aids, haha. Not at all, I guess they are all wearing it because of last night. Regular circular band aid on the side of the neck. Another 6 up 6 down for Fred. justBLAZE
QUOTE (WilliamTell @ Apr 24, 2010 -> 03:27 PM) Why is he wearing a band aid? I missed yesterday's game. Not sure, but since he wore it yesterday and because of his performance, half the guys on the team are wearing one in the exact same spot. This is hilarious. caulfield12
Well, band aids seem like a better collective "team building" activity than blow-up dolls. Question: Won't wearing a band-aid have the reverse psychological affect and make Jones hit more like Pierre and AJ? justBLAZE
QUOTE (caulfield12 @ Apr 24, 2010 -> 03:28 PM) Well, band aids seem like a better collective "team building" activity than blow-up dolls. Question: Won't wearing a band-aid have the reverse psychological affect and make Jones hit more like Pierre and AJ? Well I think it's only guys in the dugout who are wearing one. AJ's act is getting old.

chisoxfan09
CQ's weak anemic swing reeling wasn't much better. This offense has the makings of another long painful year.
fathom
Yes, Quentin has looked awful. Really has no chance at the plate. As for AJP, him and Pierre are going to break a record for ground outs to the right side. I say this all the time, but this has got to be AJ's last year with the Sox.
