caulfield12
Feldman at 6.03 ERA career in APR. Consistently at 86-89 MPH...the same speed some posters here supposedly throw. DJ's line: "maybe it has something to do with (your confidence in) the team you're pitching against...?" greg775
So who takes the blame for this awful product? With 70 or some home games left, you're looking at huge payroll implications for the next few seasons if this crap keeps up. I don't know. I think Jerry will be tempted to drop anybody making a good buck after the all star break, though. I think it's just grin and bear it at least until the all star break and try to enjoy it for what it is. Teams historically don't make trades this early. You could fire Oz, but that seems kind of harsh. I'd grin and bear it, follow the Hawks, and fire nobody for now.

caulfield12
Lovely to watch a pitch just tantalizingly float by when that might be the best chance we ever have to get back into this game. fathom
2 hits thru 6 innings. This offense can't seemingly get worse, but it finds new and non-exciting ways to suck every game. Ugh, how does Walker keep his job? At this point, I don't care if we make Kate Gosselin our hitting coach. It's broke, and needed to be fixed a long time ago. fathom
.259 and .263 batting averages for Teahen and Rios, yet if you didn't know better, you'd think they were hitting .330 by how they're praised.
caulfield12
I truly believe, in my heart of hearts, that even Kotsay and Vizquel could have tagged that pitch.

greg775
This Sox team would be OK if it played in the 1960s. Oh I take that back. The defense isn't good enough to win games in the 60s. Edited April 29, 2010 by greg775
