The general definition of that is a place where one goes to CHEER on his team. Not beat down others who still have some enthusiasm, unlike yourself. If I wanted that, I would go down the street to one of the casinos and play Let It Ride all day long til my bank account is empty, then stumble down to the strip club and get my ass kicked by a bouncer for trying to touch a stripper inappropriately.
