Learned his lesson? What lesson does Pierre need to learn at his age?

Not to suck. How about getting back in track in the 9th hole, before you're worthy of getting the most at-bats out of anyone on the team?

Right. And after we send out our three man line up to play the field...

QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 3, 2010 -> 05:13 PM)
was wondering where he is, too

I think Ozzie is riding Kotsays mild (can't say hot) bat after his decent game in NY in which he homered, while giving Quentin a game to fully rest his hamstring.

I don't see a problem with this and expect Carlos to be back in the lineup tomorrow.

Peavy gets rocked early but "settles down", which incidentally is too late

Beckham strikes out at least twice, and Pierre gets a base hit in his 2nd AB, but gets thrown out

:(

Where's my Rally Rios

What has Pierre done outside of one game this week that proves he's learned his lesson? What has Beckham done to prove he should still be hitting second?

I'd leave Juan at nine just because he is by far the worst hitter on the team.

But I agree he has nothing to learn. It's not like he's trying to suck.

Leave Beckham at No. 2. If he doesn't break out of this, the team is destined to fail anyway.

Well, at least on paper, the Indians have a more anemic offense than the White Sox...that's something to celebrate!!!

And it looks like with CLE losing 3-0 to the Blue Jays, we can pull into 3rd place all alone with a win tonight over the Royales.

''I believe in this lineup we have,'' Guillen said. ''I don't need to talk with [GM Kenny Williams] about making changes. It's still early. Hopefully, May will treat us better than April. I'm very positive. I'm still positive. I still believe those guys can do it.''
