He's thinking curveball or offspeed, he swings at it, no matter what the location. He should have really drilled that second pitch, hanging slider up in his eyes with "hit me" written all over it. Obviously he has the 7th, then it gets interesting when the line-up turns over and you have Peavy at 100-110 pitches probably. Undoubtedly, it will be Thornton against Pods/DeJesus.
