Chisoxfn
For those who need to exhale, Wade's agent Henry Thomas just texted here and said "no signing imminent." This is just part of big picture. Why the hell would an agent randomly text a reporter that. Sounds f***ing ridiculous and would irritate me if true. That is what you are doing while in the midst of a meeting with the Bulls. Makes me think we are getting played.
BearSox
I hope we sign Wade and Bosh, and then Lebron re-signs with Cleveland. That way I wouldn't be upset about missing out on Lebron because I think the only reason why he would re-sign is because he never had any intentions of leaving. Chisoxfn
Weird, Bosh just tweeted that Chicago is Next. WTF, Did Comcast completely blow this coverage? I think so.

Chisoxfn
If the Bulls swing and miss on Wade, does LBJ at any point in this process feel betrayed by the Bulls or upset with the Bulls? As in, would he think, geeze, these guys tried to sign Bosh/Wade and cut me out? Not saying I believe it, but just throwing out the question. Chisoxfn
QUOTE (beckham15 @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 05:24 PM) im confused now.... Don't be, when it doubt, believe the plethora of people, who haven't verified CSN's report. Basically put, the dual meeting never happened. That is what my perception of this is. KC and others reported Wade left Bulls a while ago and Bulls were going to prep for Bosh. Than CSN came out of the blue with there report, but now Bosh says meeting just started. kev211
Guys Wade, Bosh, Bulls could have just met, and now Bosh might be getting his official meeting from the bulls that he never had or CSN could be wrong

Goff tweeted something about stepping up sources but who knows what that's about.
Dick Allen
The Miami Herald guy who broke the story about the meeting said Wade's agent sent him a text that said no signing immenent. Wade may be playing games with the Bulls but I doubt it. His agent is a highly respected classy guy.

It can't be about money, everyone knows what they're going to make depending on where they sign, and it's not like it's helping Wade improve his situation if he intends to stay in Miami by talking to other teams. I think Wade was floored that Amare didn't sign with the heat and suddenly realized he could be in a situation where he is on a bad Heat team with zero supporting cast and is exploring his options... it's not like it's costing the Bulls anything with other players to meet with Wade a second time, get him in there let him hear your pitch again and see what happens, Wade was here, it didn't really cost him anything other than an hour. Why would, or should, the Bulls have any loyalty to LeBron right now? It's certainly not as if he's out earning anyone's loyalty right now. Well, only reason I bring it up is if the reporters who said that a lot of stuff had already been decided were right, than it would be a pretty big slap in the face if a team diverged significanlty from that path. I happened to not be of the approach that everything had been completely decided. I Think guys had ideas but once pitches actually happened everything changed. Plus certain teams ownership stepped up and add that with fear and everything changed.
SoxFan562004
QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Jul 2, 2010 -> 07:37 PM) I thought Wade wanted Lebron and Bosh. Why would missing out on Amare cause him to flee? Heat meeting with David Lee tonight. Even before today many reports had that as not happening and Wojo from Yahoo said today on B & B that LBJ is unlikely to go to Miami at this point... Again, I think Wade realized there is no guarantee a good scenario is going to play out in Miami and he is exploring his options.
