on B& B today Boers teased new Lebron/Bulls info, but I had to jump on a phone conference, anyone hear it?

Boers claims that "his guy" says LeBron is not happy with the Cavs because the owner said they would make a coach decision without LeBron's input. It's not that LeBron wants input, but he doesn't want to be publicly slapped in the face either.

Rumor is Tom Izzo is staying with Michigan State, FWIW.

Now will Cleveland hiring Byron Scott over Izzo help or hurt the Bulls chances. Sam Smith thinks it hurts the Bulls chances because of the way Scott treats his star players. I have inside info on Scott which is why I constantly bash him. The guy is a POS of a head coach, imo. Just doesn't possess the communication ability to be an elite head coach. And as a coach he ain't all that great either.

when it was the Izzo/Scott debate going on nobody in the media was saying that Scott is going to give them some great advantage with Lebron, lots of hinting around about Scott, so sounds like your info is dead on

Lebron making me hate him more and more each day. But his ego might be what lands him in Chicago.

Izzo turning down the Cavs is great news for the Bulls. To me, this means he learned enough about LeBron likely going elsewhere that it wasn't worth his risk to go to Cleveland and get stuck without him.

I think you're spot on here.

Yep something made Izzo say no after thinking about it that long.

Apparently, the Bulls are trying to clear Deng's contract to have double max room to court LeBrosh.

Omer Asik is reportedly on his way over this summer and figures to be an offensive project, but should flourish under Thibodeau.

I really hope once the mega agent bonanza is over, the Bulls can ink Brad for a run at a championship if they get a LeBron/Bosh/etc. He needs to get a ring to match his old teammate Artest and I don't think he'll want to back up Yao as that will mean lots of minutes on his knees and I enjoy him being a player coach like Lindsey Hunter, but with playing ability.

This happened yesterday but I'll put it up here. Noch is a 76er.

The Sixers have agreed to trade Samuel Dalembert to the Kings for Andres Nocioni and Spencer Hawes, according to a report from Chad Ford of ESPN.

Dalembert is entering the final season of his contract.

Nocioni is owed $6.85M, $6.65M and $7.5M over the next three seasons.

Hawes, a member of the 2007 NBA Draft class, will become a restricted free agent after the 10-11 season.

Both Dalembert and Nocioni have frequently been mentioned in trade rumors, largely due to their bloated contracts.

Because I am getting more and more excited for the FA Bonanza, here is my ideal Bulls offseason.

1) Draft Xavier Henry/Paul George/James Anderson (in that order) if available

2) Sign LeBron (given)

3) Trade Deng/Gibson/2011 1st Round Pick and maybe the Charlotte Pick for Bosh

4) Sign Acie Law, Joe Alexander, and Rob Kurz to league minimum

5) Sign Brad to the MLE, in the role as a player/tutor for the big men

Roster Becomes:

PG - Rose/Law

SG - Hinrich/Henry

SF - LeBron/Johnson/Alexander

PF - Bosh/Kurz

C - Noah/Miller/Asik

According to a report from Ric Bucher, the Cleveland Cavaliers have contacted the Toronto Raptors about initiating a sign-and-trade deal to acquire Chris Bosh

Ok, the Cavs need to realize to get Bosh in a sign and trade, they'd need desirable pieces.

Antawn Jamison, Mo Williams, and others are not desirable pieces due to age/contract.

You're assuming the Raptors are smart.
