Don't rush Viciedo. If anything we have seen that he takes a while to adjust to the higher level. He is just getting acclimated to AAA, and we would start all over if he was moved up here.

The only reason to bring him up this year is that there is a trade deadline.

Do I overestimate the atmosphere and surroundings not chemistry but surroundings to think that with the latino presence on the White Sox that a MLB promotion may make it easier. I know nothing about MiLB baseball in regard to Latino players and what not but having ozeroo, Ramirez and Vizquel could make the transition easier.

 

I am all for a DH/3B/1B guy but would not like to see him rushed as well. Also if Kotsay is gone it only makes it better.

It might make him comfortable, but it won't help him hit a major league slider. Honestly unless Konerko gets traded or moved to DH, I don't want to see Dayan up here. He needs his 4ABs every day. If he is going to be a bench guy here, it makes me even more against calling him up than I already was.
