Harry Chappas
The 8th inning of Thursday's game may have been a good thing.
GreatScott82
I smelling a nice 7 game winning streak here. Its starting to look like Q and Beckham are starting to finally find it.
CaliSoxFanViaSWside
Floyd Rios Relief corps. CQ
ThunderBolt
Winning is so damn fun, i've gotten to miss it. Let's make this the start of something, don't stop here!
elrockinMT
Sure is a good feeling to win two in a row. Two real nce pitched ball games and some offense for a change
Wanne
Rios sure has been paying dividends. Swingin' a great bat. Hopefully the boys will start to heat up and keep it rollin'!
ChiliIrishHammock24
I feel like we just need to keep stealing wins from the LOLNL, and then hopefully if we can come out of the interleague play with a record over .500, then we can realistically try and make a push. Unfortunately for us, the Twins and Tigers get to feed off NL teams as well.....
WCSox
Nice to see Floyd and MB bounce back, and it's encouraging to see Q showing some signs of life.
Jordan4life_2007
It was this exact same day (May 22) that Gavin turned it around and dominated the rest of the way last year. That's kinda scary. Alex Rios has been one of the top 10 players in the AL this year. Bullpen is pitching like it did the first few weeks. CQ and GB are showing signs. Again, until we get to .500 there's nothing to get excited about. But there are some encouraging signs.

South Side Fireworks Man
QUOTE (GreatScott82 @ May 22, 2010 -> 04:01 PM) I smelling a nice 7 game winning streak here. Its starting to look like Q and Beckham are starting to finally find it. Quentin needs to stand one step closer to the plate like he used to do. He used to get hit a lot but he used to kill the ball. Now he hits a lot of balls off the end of his bat. Beckham still sucks, at least at this point in time.
greg775
Beckham still sucks, at least at this point in time. What buzzkill. Beckham rocks! That's the kind of pitching we expected 2 days in a row. Nice job Sox. As much s*** as Bobby takes around here, he's not that bad, folks. Can the Sox keep the killer instinct and win 3 in a row vs. this NL team? Cmon Sox. Go for the jugular. Prove you aren't allergic to win streaks.

SoxAce
Gavin pitching after Buehrle instead of Peavy... I like. And against a NL team doesn't hurt either.
bmags
To note, this could be an incredible day if: Sox sweep Hawks sweep Lost sweeps the world with kindness.
