ChiliIrishHammock24
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 6, 2010 -> 02:43 PM) I get way too excited for a single by Beckham, but I'll take it! That's because every time he gets a hit, we all think "This is it! He has figured it out!" And I would be lying if I say I didn't think that as soon as he got the single. Beckham should run back to 1st so that Rios doesn't have to worry about batting with RISP! Just kidding, I still have confidence in Rios.

If AJ is in the two hole, he finds away to line into a double play on the first pitch.

fathom
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 6, 2010 -> 07:47 PM) Bah, he hits a small slump in the 2nd half or next year and you'll be saying he's finished. No way, part of the reason last year with him was so puzzling to me is I've always thought he had a great swing. About 4 years ago, I said he was the best young hitter in baseball, only to be informed he wasn't all that young.
