iamshack
QUOTE (lostfan @ Jun 8, 2010 -> 05:44 PM) Has he thrown a change yet? I haven't noticed. He threw one last inning...I didn't see it because I was in the kitchen, but I heard Rob Dibble mention it. I like how the National's play-by-play man said the hit this inning was well-hit....thing was a weak blooper barely over the infield...

chw42
Delwyn Young...really? It looks like he supplied all the power there on that home run. Edited June 8, 2010 by chw42
Jordan4life_2007
Delwyn Young just became the answer to a future trivia question.
TomPickle
Mike Stanton is up right now for those who care. Struck out swinging. Edited June 9, 2010 by goblue5699
iamshack
His changeup is almost too fast. He needs to be able to get it down around 85-86....otherwise, hitters hardly have to wait back on it to hit it, especially lesser hitters who can't catch up to his heat anyways. bighurt4life
He really has the easiest 100mph I've ever seen, the ball explodes out of his hand. Kinda like a right handed Matt Thornton except he has great offspeed stuff too.

Jordan4life_2007
QUOTE (danman31 @ Jun 8, 2010 -> 07:31 PM) 11 K to 0 BB is that the best K:BB performance of the year? Wouldn't surprise me if it were. I'd have to look at Ubaldo's game logs.
Jordan4life_2007
The Nationals have one of the better 3-4-5 combos in baseball. Willingham has been outstanding for them.

Cowch
Granted he was facing a team that strikes out a lot, this was just ridiculous. 14 Ks in his debut? WTF! Luckily he's on a team that I don't hate. Also, for the game of baseball, I hope he doesn't end up like Mark Prior.
