he also had no strikeouts, he's definitely not the same pitcher as he was prior to having fluid drained from his elbow

He's still throwing heat up there. But yeah, it seems like the location just isn't as good.

I haven't heard much of Santo. What's he like to listen to? Do Cub fans adore him?

I feel sorry for him for losing his limbs because of diabetes.

Is he all cocky during games? He was a heck of a player, but I guess voters thought his offensive numbers weren't good enough for HOF playing in Wrigley.

He's basically as bad as it gets in terms of Color Commentators, he adds absolutely nothing to the broadcast except unintentional humor. You mostly get moans and groans out of him during broadcasts rather than actual analysis. My Cubs fan friends can't wait until he's gone so that they can actually listen to a quality radio broadcast.
