Good point. All of those teams draft really well. As do the Red Sox. But I was really just mentioning teams that had little to no budget. The Rays have increased theirs over the years a little bit.

There is the down side. Overall we have been better on defense...I believe we are in the top 1/3 in fielding %, but today is unacceptable. Freddy could have also maybe gone 1 more inning if Viciedo didn't boot that other one.
