For all you people without MLB Network

"MLBNetwork will replay #TheClub, as will CSN locally. Will try to get you more info tmrw

about 4 hours ago via TweetDeck"

From Insidethesox

Yay.

In a way... we were the ones who got punked. :(

Bah, he pitched well enough last year to break camp with the team this year. The problem was...once he proved he was awful, he still stayed there, even when we could have used Torres as long relief instead.

It really wasn't all that riveting...within one hour we went from January 22nd to Draft Day. It made spring training look like it was nothing. If this was another team, I wouldn't watch again.

I'll grant, a lot of the actual decision making/discussions that I'd have been interested to see, particularly regarding the DH slot, were glossed over, in favor of cutesy things like Selig having a lunch with JR and JR going down the lineup.

The last 3 cuts/makes were excellent TV, and I enjoyed the stuff about the Williams in the draft.

Hopefully they hit more in-depth on the draft discussions.

Oh, and it really annoyed me that the meeting where they decided they didn't need a DH was done on my birthday. Sigh.

haha the MLBN is probably ecstatic at how the Sox season played out. I don't think there is any better situation for a "reality" show than to have a horrible start, firings/trades looming - followed by a historic run and being the best team in baseball for over a month.

thats true except for they didnt seem to take advantage of it. there wasnt much behind the scenes about how the team was horrible at the start.

but i did like it and want to watch more!

I figured it was probably Anderson.

Kenny made a comment about how it was infecting everyone in the clubhouse...can't see Anderson infecting anyone with anything.

Swisher's ass got run out of here pretty quick....and for nothing in return...they wanted him gone.

BMac got run out of the clubhouse for associating with Anderson pretty quickly.

Did anyone record this? I actually want to see a reality TV show - it's amazing. Also, in the preview, they told somebody "it wasn't going to work out." Who was that person?

Randy Williams, and sadly they were just playing a prank on him only to go on to tell him he made the team.
