Big start for Hudson, whether he stays or goes. I'm really hoping he can be this team's version of the '93 Jason Bere. Then Kenny can turn him into an '07 version of Brandon McCarthy.

I think that's what happens when he's not 100%. More and more, I think his timing depends on his health. We saw that after his wrist got hit, that was the perfect example. His hand hurt, and suddenly he was a little off on his timing.
