Chisoxfn
Thanks! The registration was a little tricky but i figured it out Welcome aboard. Siro was one of my favs back in the days. In regards to the registration, we hope to have it working much better in a week or two. Unfortunately I won't be able to get it fixed until I'm back from my vacation
cwsox
i always worry about jinxing things by talking sweep to early - the team in first place is not going to lie down for us. We need to play them one at a time.
Big Irish
we need to come up with a better nickname for E-Lo or Zesty Esty or what ever you call him. You could always go the Chris Berman route with something like: Estaban "Lo down dirty shame" Iza. It was a shot I guess. Don't rip my head off for mentioning Berman. Sirotka33
The SOX have the best record post all-star break at 11-2. I would love to see this team ride this wave and have it take us all the way till Oct.

Bmr31
Cy-Lo sounds sweet enough If Colon can pitch the way he is capable of pitching for the rest of the season, this sox team is scary.
Flash Tizzle
The only way we can call Esteban Cy Young is if Halladay has a terrible second half. And the way this guys pitching now, its his. Even BBTN says Halladay is the Cy Young.

Even BBTN says Halladay is the Cy Young. Halladay 15-2, 3.29 ERA Loaiza 13-5, 2.19 ERA Loaiza's ERA is more than a whole run lower and he only has 2 wins less. If those numbers continue and Halladay wins the Cy Young, Im gonna throw a riot. Halladay salary: $3,825,000 Loaiza salary: $500,
clujer420
Just a little thought...if our offense got hot like this in the playoffs, we'd be WS champs.
clujer420
Halladay 15-2, 3.29 ERA Loaiza 13-5, 2.19 ERA Not only is Loaiza's ERA MORE than a full run better than Halladay's, but this is the most telling stat of all IMO... Run support... Halladay = 7.15 (#2 in the AL, 3rd overall) Loaiza = 4.76 (#32 in the AL, not even in the top 40 overall) So basically, if you give Loaiza the run support that Halladay has received, he'd be at least 16-2. Scoreboard.

It's too bad we blew the lead in the last game that we faced him -- otherwise it would be over. Oh well.
whitesox247
lol read this preview from whitesox.com: Players to watch: Any one in a White Sox uniform who brings a bat to the plate is pretty much fair game during this recent hot streak. But Magglio Ordoñez is putting up numbers only seen in video games. The White Sox right fielder has an amazing eight straight multi-hit games and is 25-for-39 during his 10-game hitting streak. Nah dude, Halladay was known as one of the best starters in the AL coming into this season, Loaiza was known as a bum. that could play against e-lo.
