Rooftop Shots
My top one has probobaly gotta be in "The Rookie" when Jimmy Morris (Randy Quaid) gets called up to pitch in the major leagues, and it's in his home town on top of it. Being a true story even adds to a whole dimension to it. Another scene is when the kids walk in through thr tunnel, and it hits them as to how big a venue that "their coach" is going to pitch in. fathom
Not exactly a movie, but the ESPN 30 for 30 about Hank Gathers, and the resulting scene with Bo Kimble shooting a lefty FT, always gets me.

I think it's the excitement only a free man can feel, a free man at the start of a long journey whose conclusion is uncertain. I hope I can make it across the border.
