CaliSoxFanViaSWside
PH hit granny for Jones. Good relief pitching. Paulie tops 100 ribbies. Still 6 back heading into series against the Twins.
South Side Fireworks Man
This game foreshadows the rest of this season. Just as the Sox were down by six going into thier first AB and came all the way back to win this game, so the Sox, being six games behind the Twins going into their final series will come all the way back to win the division. greg775
There's no excuse for our pitchers to let Jimmy beat us ... again. Don't we know how to get the big lug out?? He made enough outs in Chicago (to go with so many big hits) but he did make a lot of outs! Cmon Sox 8-10 vs. Minnie would make a statement heading into next season. 5-13 against them will be AWFUL!!!

SoxAce
I just hope for sox fans sanity that Big Jim does not deliver a big hit late this comming series.. Though I'm sure some will forget (or don't see it) cause he is not clutch or ever was or anything.
greg775
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Sep 13, 2010 -> 05:15 AM) What planet are you from? You don't think 8-10 is eons better than a horrific 5-13??? 8-10 is bad, but not abysmal. The Twins have a chance to go 13-5 vs. the Sox. They will be frightened of us next year if we do well in this series.
hogan873
QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Sep 13, 2010 -> 03:32 AM) They will be frightened of us next year if we do well in this series. They may even talk to MLB officials to have the schedule changed to where they play KC and Cleveland more instead of facing us.
