Let's check my predictions for tonight's TNA PPV:

RVD over AJ Styles :headbang

Douglas Williams over Kazarian :headbang

The Bland over Ink Inc. :headbang

Orlando Jordan over Rob Terry :lolhitting

Madison Rayne over Tara :headbang

Abyss over Desmond Wolfe :headbang

Beer Money over Team 3D and Motor City Machineguns :lolhitting

Sting over Jeff Jarrett :headbang

Mr. Anderson over Jeff Hardy :lolhitting

A fairly predictable PPV. I thought they were going to give Jordan a minor title since they seem bent on pushing him.

The Tara one was a gimme, since she's leaving the company. Didn't expect the Guns to go over, but I'm glad to see it.

Don't know WHY I thought Hardy might lose....

That was f***ing embarrassing.

Bret Hart is your new United States Champion.

Your new US Champ executed exactly one hold in the match.

Your new US Champ literally couldn't climb the ropes to celebrate his victory.

That was really, really sad.

i have to wonder what they are gonna do with Bret now. I like him as the Hart Foundation valet, but his matches are nothing more than saves and gang-up beatdowns so he doesnt look as bad as he is now.

I expect the title to be vacated and put up in a tourney or battle royal.

Kind of dumb to take the title of Miz. US and IC titles are only belts with any stability.

Is he still wearing his street clothes or does he actually have wrestling wear?

Street clothes, a bunch of WWE merchandise(Hart Hockey Jersey) and jean shorts with knee pads.

I spit in the face of employers who try to make me go to rehab!

WWE.com has announced that Carlos Colon (Carlito) has been released from his WWE contract as of today May 21, 2010.

According to WWE, "Carlito’s termination was due to his first violation of the WWE Wellness Program and his subsequent refusal to attend a rehabilitation facility."

Surprised this didn't happen years ago.

Okay, this next story is a shocker.....comes out of thin air......please remain seated....

http://www.lordsofpain.net/news/tna/7841.html

- One-half of the TNA Tag Team Champions Scott Hall was arrested in Chuluota, Florida on May 14th for disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

Police were called to the Hitching Post Bar and found Hall cursing at the bartender and customers. Police informed Hall that he was being arrested and went to handcuff him. "Scott refused this directive," reads the police report, "and instead, thrust out his chest, walking closer to me, stating, 'I ain't going down for this [expletive deleted].'"

Hall was soon cuffed and placed in a squad car. The bartender claimed Hall was drinking heavily and arguing with customers. The bartender arranged a ride home for Hall but Hall is accused of punching out the window in the car. Hall is also being accused of pushing two women in the parking lot.

In other shocking news, another WWE veteran has returned to TNA!

Booker T has rejoined TNA and challenged RVD for the title. Good thing they have those rankings now!!!!

Same. He seemed to be stuck in WWE purgatory.

I think he was gonna get a push along with Primo to feud w/ the Hart Dynasty for a bit too...ah well.

Carlito firing update - it actually gets better!!

The story that Carlito was released for refusing to enter a rehabilitation facility is reportedly true, although contrary to the public's assumption, it was not based on a Wellness Policy test failure.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Carlito reportedly showed up at this week's RAW in "no condition to perform." He was told he needed to go to rehab, "and he refused, so they fired him."

The story says that Carlito denied he had a problem, forcing WWE to pull the trigger on the release.

It should be noted that WWE's statement only said that "Carlito’s termination was due to his first violation of the WWE Wellness Program" and not that he specifically failed a test.

Orton seperated his shoulder last night in his match with Edge. Not sure severity.

Mr. Anderson was tweeting junk about him, like a biatch.

I watched the PPV this morning, very sloppy all around. Didn't do anything for me.

As for Orton messing his shoulder up, I did think that it was funny that he did it while doing his whole RKO shtick.

Orton hurts himself doing his schtick.

Punk gets ripped open, 13 staples' worth, by Rey's knee brace.

DiBiase suffered a concussion from an R-Truth slap.

Batista f***s up his back and tailbone on a "car bump".

Overall, sounds like a successful PPV...
