''I swung and it felt the best it's felt,'' said Beckham, who hasn't played since Sept. 16. ''I can still feel it, but I feel like I have more lag in the bat. I feel like I can use my hands to get through the zone compared to when I was swinging last where it felt like I was kind of just letting it drop.''
