Rick is from here and loves living here. What's more likely to happen is Rick getting a raise than KW moving up since both he and KW are as high as they can go without forcing someone out. I think Evans went to LA, and a lot of White Sox fans were upset when KW got the job and he didn't. I think he went to Dodgers and sucked and got fired. EDIT: Okay maybe he didn't suck... seems like he did a good job rebuilding the Dodgers farm system. Apparently he got pushed out when the McCourts took over ownership. He's an agent now. For one, Baseball America adores him and it seems like Kenny-leans heavily on him. He's sabermetrically inclined and seems to be the guy who works out contract details.
