Quite a bit surprised by the start Memphis has gotten off to against OKC today. I am not among those who believe Memphis is all that great. Of course, this is one of the downsides of all that young talent OKC has....inconsistency.

I dunno, you see teams that have been off for 4-5 days come out sloppy against teams that just played all the time in the playoffs.

I wouldn't be surprised at all to see the Bulls in trouble at the half tomorrow.

i was reading yesterday that Haslem and Miller are unlikely for game 1, possibly more. That is not good for a team that already has an extremely weak bench

The Heat outside of the Big Three are garbage...If KG dominates Bosh, no way Wade and James can score enough to beat Boston IMO

Especially since Wade has to score against that boston backcourt, and they've destroyed him this year.

Yeah, this is all about Bosh.

WHY DIDN'T WE HIRE THIS GUY IN 2008?

/RANT.

the celtics would not give the bulls permission to interview thibs until after the playoffs, and the bulls wanted to hire before the end of the playoffs.

a waste of rose's first two years imo.

Well was there any truth to the rumor that the only reason we even hired him was because WWW told us to? I remember reading that the FO didn't even necessarily care for Thibs...

You know, that's not the worst idea I've ever heard.

I'm going to Game 3 in Atlanta. Bought my tickets Friday night. Mid-court, upper deck, 8 rows up. I can't wait!

And the Bulls wound up being unable to hire anyone just about until the playoffs ended anyway.

You guys really think the Thunder will have that much trouble with Memphis? I just don't see it.

I didn't either, but what the hell do I know. Memphis clocked em today. Albeit, ZBO and Gasol both played fantastic.

This pace is really going to favor the Celtics. everything's in the half court and strongly defended.

I want the Heat to win because I want the Bulls to beat them, but cheering for either of these teams is extremely difficult.

I feel the exact same way except about the Celtics.

Pretty much any NBA team can say that though. He has been talked about forever, and no one would hire him.

Yeah, but how many other teams endured the coaching debacle the Bulls endured over the last 2 years?

Maybe the White Sox, but otherwise...

There are plenty of bad coaches in the NBA.
