I just think its pretty hard to predict next year, let alone 3-5 years from now. If the Heat are in the finals the next 2 years, Id start to agree, but as of now, they havent even made 1 NBA final. Its just way to speculative for me.

Definitely agree, but basketball is probably the easiest sport to predict of them all in the future.

Comparing Bosh and Dirk is just silly. There are way better comparisons, so no real reason to compare those two.

Lamarcus Aldridge is a way better comparison for either of them really.

I believe, for this Era, the Heat would be dominant. The way the salary cap structure is, the fact that the next few drafts aren't going to be top tier, and the fact that they have 3 All-Stars, with 2 being top 5 players of their Era, I have reason for concern for the Bulls.

I posted this on another board, the Bulls are like a baseball team. They have too many specialists, but not enough two way players or guys with potential to be two way players. Deng is the only true two way player and he's inconsistent. I think that's why Thibs likes him so much.

except for the CBA mess.

From the franchise tag that Stern is now pushing, I think the players will win this battle. The franchise tag he's putting out there is not even a true franchise tag, it's just more of what they have now. If a guy stays with his current team, they can offer him the most dolo.

Come on celtics pretend you have some pride

Yeah, well it's hard to make a run or maintain a lead when any time the heat are close to the basket the refs are ready to blow the whistle, but when paul drives and gets the same contact they swallow it. This reminds me why I had trouble getting back in to the NBA.

Refs definitely helped the Heat out this game, which is a shame considering they were up 3-1 in the series. Called 2 bogus travels in a league that hardly whistles players for actual traveling.

Yeah those were some terrible calls, but the Celtics just completely collapsed mentally here at the end.

yeah, the last minute confirms everything i've said. and Miami once again does some douchebag drives at the end. This league can f*** itself if they are gonna parade these douchebags around as champions.
