Jim Fainter
I would give him the night off tonight.
danman31
I'm just curious, but why? Because he's struggling? Bad matchup? Just to give him rest? Why?
Capn12
Maybe, his career numbers against Seattle are the worst, except for against Toronto..
DonkeyKongerko
I don't like how his slump coincides with his announcement he's gonna start mashing the ball again. Then again Frank hasn't hit much on the road the past few seasons.
Jim Fainter
Danman, whenever I say something like that, he will inevitably get 2-3 hits, etc. Plus, he might be a little tired. He's no kid anymore and he's been playing every day. Just one hit in the last three games, tough righty on the mound (okay, not so tough), Konerko is too hot to bench, Daubach can use some AB's, blah, blah. Nothing wrong with giving him a day off on a road trip. But he is playing, so I hope he snaps out of it.
