I am having a hell of a time locating someone who does retail build outs for a fair price. Does anyone know of any that you could refer me to? Please PM me and thanks in advance. On another note, know any good buildings either in the West Loop, South Loop(though I know you hate the South Loop) or possibly up on the near north side. Sorry for the thread hijack, but you seem to know quite a bit. Me and my woman are planning and buying a condo within the next year together.
