The biggest aspect of the team that needs to be changed is the head coach. He is awful. If we can find a solid head coach while also keeping Koenning that would be ideal. They had a backloaded schedule and lost some confidence after losing some games. They were always going to do better in the first half of the season. Oregon was moving the ball at will and failed to use their timeout and settled on a FG with a kicker who is 6/10. I have no idea how you do that.
