They get Dave Bush with a spot start for TEX. What a joke. The guy barely hits 85 on the gun. Plus Huggy Washington is only starting 2 LH hitters against Carrasco. Lefties hitting over .350 against Carrasco.

We run bad.

The Twins are 20 games below .500... TWENTY.

Think about that for a moment. In some weird bizarro world in the smallest realms of possibility I could see how the Indians could get a jump like they have. Not in a million years would I have guessed the Twins would be that far below .500 and in last place on June 2nd

Which will probably lead to the 1st pick in next year's draft and they'll grab the next Joe Mauer!

I can't say I haven't thought of this...at least when Minny is bad, they are so bad that they get a great draft pick.

So that player will have 2 great seasons and get injured and probably not be very effective for the rest of his career and financially handicap the organization? Sure

Yes. Strained oblique.

And the Indians play 9 consecutive road Interleague games towards the end of June, so Hafner won't be seeing a whole lot of action this month even if he is able to come back in a few weeks...

it's insane how well Sizemore is playing when he's able to play. Dropping him down in the order is the best thing Acta has done. The guy has power to the gaps and can drive in some serious runs.

Rangers got screwed out of a run. Santana couldn't get the tag down at home plate, but the ump called Napoli out. CLEARLY safe.

But it's a good sign cause Masterson was DOMINATING then the rangers started hitting rope after rope...
