justBLAZE
QUOTE (flavum @ Feb 27, 2011 -> 11:04 AM) Lineup tomorrow: Pierre LF Beckham 2B Rios CF Dunn DH Konerko 1B Quentin RF Pierzynski C Ramirez SS Morel 3B I think it moved... Oh wow, 20 bucks says, that is the opening day lineup, barring an injury of course.. Still not liking Rios in the 3 hole.
Wanne
QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Feb 27, 2011 -> 11:13 AM) Still not liking Rios in the 3 hole. Me neither...much rather have Paulie in the 3 hole than Rios.
Balta1701
If Rios hits well enough to keep the spot, then I won't complain.
Chisoxfn
QUOTE (Wanne @ Feb 27, 2011 -> 09:39 AM) Me neither...much rather have Paulie in the 3 hole than Rios. Rios after the two would be a billion double plays. Either way if the guys all produce like they are capable of, it shouldn't matter a ton, imo. Your wish is Ozzie's command. He just swapped Dunn into the 3rd hole, and Rios down to #5.

chw42
At least Ozzie didn't hit Rios 4th like he said he would earlier. That would have been terrible. If Dunn is going to hit third, Quentin should hit 5th, not Rios. Edited February 27, 2011 by chw42

joeynach
QUOTE (justBLAZE @ Feb 27, 2011 -> 11:13 AM) Oh wow, 20 bucks says, that is the opening day lineup, barring an injury of course.. Still not liking Rios in the 3 hole. All I know is I want my higher OBP guy in front of Dunn. I want him seeing the most pitches with men on base. I dunno if that means Rios or Konerko in front of Dunn but thats what needs to happen.
justBLAZE
QUOTE (joeynach @ Feb 27, 2011 -> 02:41 PM) All I know is I want my higher OBP guy in front of Dunn. I want him seeing the most pitches with men on base. I dunno if that means Rios or Konerko in front of Dunn but thats what needs to happen. If that's what you want, then you definately don't want Rios there. Without looking at the stats, Konerko has higher OBP guaranteed. At least Ozzie did say today Konerko and Dunn will always hit back to back.

Steve9347
Someone change the title to "White Sox vs. Dodgers Spring Training Game 1 THREAD" or something. We have to start this s*** off correctly. Also, adding 670 AM next to MLB Network could be helpful to folks at work.
