Chicago White Sox
QUOTE (flavum @ Mar 13, 2011 -> 10:37 AM) 2:55/670AM- interactive after the 4th inning. Pierre LF, Beckham 2B, Dunn DH, Konerko 1B, Quentin RF, Milledge CF, Vizquel SS, Castro C, Morel 3B, Danks P I like seeing Milledge in CF. If he can be serviceable out there, then he should get the 4th OF job. Rios doesn't need a lot of time off anyways.
southsider2k5
QUOTE (Chicago White Sox @ Mar 13, 2011 -> 11:02 AM) I like seeing Milledge in CF. If he can be serviceable out there, then he should get the 4th OF job. Rios doesn't need a lot of time off anyways. If he can play a replacement level CF, then I really would like to see him break camp. I had no idea he could play Center.

DirtySox
Good thing Morel got a hit. I hear he was close to losing the 3B competition after a whole 21 spring training AB's. Edited March 13, 2011 by DirtySox

maggsmaggs
QUOTE (flavum @ Mar 13, 2011 -> 04:41 PM) Morel 2-3, .208...keep it up. Maybe it's just my love for the guy, but I have 100% faith that Morel will hit in the majors. Maybe not for power this year, but is gonna be a .300 hitter with 15+ HRs, tons of doubles and great D eventually. The guy has done nothing but hit in the minors at every stop, and he will be fine in the majors. Just gotta get him the at-bats. flavum
6-1 F Thornton pitched the 9th. Usually closers throw earlier in the game in spring, but I think they're getting him used to the 9th inning. He'll close.
WilliamTell
I know it's only spring training, but winning meaningless games is more fun than losing them. Puts me in a better mood.
