No, I'm not giving him a break. There's no excuse for acting like a prick.

b****ing in a spring training game with a 13-run lead, taking his helmet off before getting to home plate on home runs. These are dick moves, and they need to stop.

I still fail to see how it's a dick move. I mean, if a player were to jog back to the dugout with his mitt on his head after each inning, I wouldn't call him a dick just because it is weird and not done by other players. It's just simply that, weird.

I don't know if anyone just watched Milledge's last AB, but he's really an ass. 13-run lead, and he's pissed about a call. Strikes out, and tosses his equipment. He really is an immature player. He's not good enough to act like that. Just my 2 cents.

I noticed that. Wasn't impressed. But it is definitely linked to performance. Peavy yells and struts around the mound all the time, but he gets a pass because he's legit. Remember Ozzie saying how Peavy annoyed him in past Spring Training games before he joined the Sox? That's just how some guys operate. If Milledge can channel that competitiveness/cockiness the way Peavy has, consider it a good thing. He didn't look good on that particular strikeout though.

I find it to be showing off. There's no good reason to be rounding the bases, and then consistently taking off your helmet coming down the 3rd base line. I read somewhere the catcher didn't appreciate it the other day, and said something. Again, just keep the helmet on, cross home plate, and go to the dugout. It's not that difficult.

To each his own I guess.

It's such a nice thing when the ball is hit to Morel. You know the throw is going to be on the money. Teahen...hold your breath, and hope.

Humber dealing. In my opinion, the 25-man roster is set...barring a trade/injury.
