Soxplosion
Agreed KT. He gave Thomas, Crede, Robbie and Konerko a day off all at the same time. Give em days off one at a time. Or do em all at once with a good pitcher going for us against a crappy team. Dont do it against Seattle!
sox-r-us
Why the f*** was Garland pulled? Why the f*** was our entire bull pen burned when we were leading by 3? Why the f*** was Frank, Konerko and Alomar benched in the last game against Mariners? Why the f*** was Marte pitching one inning yesterday in the blow out against the Ms which is why he could not pitch two innings today when we needed him? Why the f*** is Ginter here and Rick White has been sent down? Why the f*** does Jerry give up on a game (like he did against the Ms) even before it started by having scrubs starting? If you read his comments in trib today, he basically said he gave up yesterday's game to win tonight THEN WHY THE f*** WAS GARLAND PULLED WITH A 6-3 LEAD? MOTHERf***ING DUMBASS MANAGER OF OURS COST US THIS GAME....f***ING ASSHOLE RICK WHITE WAS CORRECT. THIS BOZO CANNOT HANDLE THE BULL PEN WHY THE f*** WAS GORDON PITCHING 50 PITCHES OUT THERE? OH FORGOT, BECAUSE DUMBASS BURNED HIS PEN TODAY AND LET MARTE PICTH A USELESS INNING YESTERDAY. NOW GORDON MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE AT ALL AGAINST THE ROYALS.....WHO THE f*** IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT? DUMBASS JERRY SHOULD f***ING APOLOGIZE TO RICK WHITE RIGHT NOW 1.) Because he's stupid 2.) Who cares. 3.) If you were a real Sox fan, you would know that they needed a day off because of the late schedule. 4.) Blah...not even bothering going there. 5.) Rick White is an idiot. 6.) Did not give up. 7.) Dunno Utterly pointless post by sox-r-us...not acceptable in the usage of the 'f' word. Jerry did not give up on Sunday? Are you really that ignorant? He was quoted on Chicago Trib that he rested Alomar because he came to Jerry and said he does not like to play in day games the day after a night game. And of course, Gandhi obliged. What an idiot!!!! And then he goes and rests Frank, Kong and Crede too because well, why does one have to win a game at this time of the year, right? That was a rubber series game and needed to be won The Ms had their most inconsistent pitcher since AS break starting. Meche has been walking folks left and right......so what does Gandhi do? Let his best bat (Frank Thomas) who walks whenever an opportunity presents itself sit. ============================== Here is an excerpt from Chicago tribune. STEVE-MAIL: From Mark Liptak: "The Sox are in a divisional pennant chase. They have the toughest schedule among the three teams. They have to keep winning because they fell so far behind the Royals in the first place. Yet Manager Gandhi sticks on the field his split squad spring training lineup in an important game Sunday! Funny, the Mariners didn't seem tired after playing a Saturday night game. They had their best lineup out there." http://chicagosports.chicagotribune.com/sp...cs-home-utility
WSFAN35
sox-r-us... You don't have any right to call someone ignorant, you should take a look in the mirror. For lack of a decent vocabulary, you have to use the F word over and over again. I don't think anyone hear quite understands the pressure of being a major league manager, and I sincerely doubt any of you could do a better job than Manuel has this year. He turned a slumping ballclub around. Every one makes mistakes and wrong choices. A week ago when the Sox were on a roll everyone was praising and saying how good of a job he was doing, and now, with three losses in a row, you all choose to put him back on the dartboard. Sure, I may not agree with everything Jerry Manuel says and does, but I can also talk about it in an intelligent fashion instead of sounding like a moron and using the f word every other second. Rick White had no rite to say what he said, something like that needs to be kept in the clubhouse. What he said may have destroyed the chemistry that the team had while riding their winning streak. Rick White is more than likely the reason that the Sox are hurting right now. Manuel will now have to prove himself by getting his team back in shape and leading them to the postseason. You shouldn't judge a man's job until he's finished.

Hopefully we turn it around Sorry everyone

WSFAN35
sox-r-us, like Jerry Manuel, we all make mistakes. It's all good... I encourage all of you to voice your opinion, but let's remember, we take the oath as true Sox fans, and true fans of any team will support their troops and hate their enemies (Cubs) win or lose, rain or shine. Let's put our rally caps on, give Manuel and the Sox a kick in the ass and hope for a pennant run. I think we all want more than anything for the Sox to win a World Series.
