witesoxfan
QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jun 12, 2011 -> 01:17 PM) Is Pierre's contract due this offseason? Looks like the dude has lost a few steps on the bases. With his atrocious bat and mediocre speed, I rather have a platoon of Lillibridge and Tyler Kuhn at LF next season. No Tyler Kuhn. Just Brent Lillibridge.

Second bunt attempt, stabbed at, popped up higher foul, 6 inches from being caught. 2 strike pitch, popped up, fails to advance runner. 3 pitches, 2 bunt attempts, 3 popups. whitesoxbrian
Even when he gets 2 hits, they're overshadowed because the stupid f*** can't get a bunt down in a big situation.
caulfield12
QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jun 12, 2011 -> 03:15 PM) Bottom 7, Teahen leadoff walk, Pierre comes up, bunt on. He set up the second walk because the pitcher relaxed...leading to the go-ahead error. Well, that's one way to think of it. Apparently Ozzie and Cora wouldn't even look at him when he came back to the dugout. Farmer on the radio was saying they should have just forced him to try to bunt again with 2 strikes.
