Weaver, Haren and Price in 4 games. Awesome.

That's after getting Cahill and Anderson, and then we get Verlander and Scherzer in Detroit. One thing is for sure...Dunn needs to pick up some of the slack against these tough righties.

Cleveland poised to be 11-4.

White Sox in 2005, Tigers in 2006, Indians in 2007, White Sox in 2008....a lot of times in the ALCD, the teams that weren't predicted break through when it's not the Twins.

The Royals were leading most of the way in 2003, until early August.

lol at people saying we had one of the best rotations in the AL

With no Jake Peavy we currently have given up a .638 OPS from our starters, good for #5 in the AL. ERA is also #5 in the AL.

That's because for the last decade all you have to do is pick the Twins.

CQ is one of the first guys I would like to see traded.

Rios is the guy I would like see traded. He's had one good half for the Sox and makes a ton of money. I doubt they could get anyone to eat all the money. That's a problem.

What will he get back?

It's like trading Jenks the last couple of offseasons when they were giving him one year contracts. He's becoming more and more expensive....to the point where his value is fairly negligible because of his streakiness and horrid OF play.

He's basically Pat Burrell.

We're not going to get a prospect who has "MVP ability" in return, we'll just be slashing payroll and playing Viciedo, Milledge or Danks there.

Twins positioning themselves for another blown save, up 4-2 in the fifth. It will be interesting to see what happens with that team long-term in 2011 if Capps blows it again today. Other than Liriano, their starters have been pitching well. But without a healthy Mauer and Justin More-No, they're in big-time trouble.

The White Sox ended up going into a tailspin in the wake of last week's blown games.

Don Cooper should thank his lucky stars nobody who's a sox fan (except me) or anybody in Chicago criticizes him because he's done a horrid job overall, dude gets WAY too much credit and not enough blame

This team is never going to please you, so you may as well turn your TV off. Regardless of whether they win or lose, you are going to be pissed off and someone is going to be doing something wrong, so not watching them will make you happier.
