daggins
yeah not sure how many times a team can pull a 25-5 run out of their butts. I'm guessing somewhere around 1.
Dick Allen
QUOTE (daggins @ Apr 18, 2011 -> 07:18 PM) yeah not sure how many times a team can pull a 25-5 run out of their butts. I'm guessing somewhere around 1. The good news is the teams playing well right now are Cleveland and KC. Its very doubtful that can continue. They won't need a 25-5 run if they get their act together fairly soon.

daggins
While I don't believe the Indians pitching will continue to post a 2-something ERA, i'm less convinced that the Royals are a mirage, plus they have some great talent likely to debut right around the time the bad players start to regress. Dick Allen
QUOTE (daggins @ Apr 18, 2011 -> 07:24 PM) While I don't believe the Indians pitching will continue to post a 2-something ERA, i'm less convinced that the Royals are a mirage, plus they have some great talent likely to debut right around the time the bad players start to regress. Rookies don't win divison titles. The teams you really have to worry about are about even or behind the Sox at this time. All is still well. greg775
Let's face it, Peavy is a helluva competitor who is injury prone. I haven't been counting on him mentally a long time. Wish him the best, but he's damaged. That said, this team is a f***ing joke right now!! Wake up white sox!
