Heads22
The sad part is, I really want Teahen getting more starts at third, as well more Omar at 2nd, and more Lillibridge in CF.
fathom
Ozzie better not let Humber start the 8th.
Andrew
They should let Humber bat for Gordon. And manage for Ozzie.
Heads22
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 25, 2011 -> 08:16 PM) No thanks. Considering our pitching prospects for next year, I'd rather see if Humber can be relied on. I didn't mean trade him.
fathom
QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Apr 26, 2011 -> 01:16 AM) My goodness. This offense is so awful right now. Yes, it's comical. Never seen anything like this.

JohnCangelosi
QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 25, 2011 -> 07:16 PM) Ozzie better not let Humber start the 8th. It's these decisions RIGHT NOW where I feel like we're always walking on thin ice. Personally I want Thornton for the 8th and Sergio in the 9th. sin city sox fan
QUOTE (witesoxfan @ Apr 25, 2011 -> 07:15 PM) Jermaine Dye, Joe Crede, Carlos Quentin it's also not nearly as easy to improve hitters as it is pitchers. With pitchers, you can add a pitch. What are you going to do with hitters? I guess its easy to destroy them though....either that or Walker is just a master at doing so. I really think he has pitchers of KW with a goat or something....I can't figure out how he keeps his job otherwise.

fathom
QUOTE (Heads22 @ Apr 26, 2011 -> 01:17 AM) Sale coming in. It's the right call, as Humber was getting some pitches up in the zone and I'm pretty sure Posada has a lot more power from left side.

I disagree...if he stays in the 4.25 ERA range, and given that Jackson/Buehrle are likely gone after this year, you have to find innings for Humber.
