caulfield12
Humber just humbled Smoak? Humber just Smoaked His Sausage? No, that's not going to work. Smoak Smoked by a Humble Humber? Phil "The Cannibal" Humber Ate Smoak Alive? Teahen put on about 15-20 pounds it seems this offseason...probably no coincidence he got married and wasn't expecting to play much this year. Oooops. caulfield12
QUOTE (Jordan4life @ May 6, 2011 -> 09:15 PM) Rios average down to .181. Hey, that's 20 points better than where it was previously. Progress!!! Dunn's the one who MIGHT need a lot of help to get to .180 at the rate things are going.
caulfield12
How many former 1st round draft picks (pitchers) from other organizations have we recycled through our system? It's got to be in the high teens or twenties under Cooper and KW. Just some guesses.... caulfield12
Beckham ugliness continues. Well, he hit one ball sort of hard foul. At least Pierre hasn't given up on this season yet. Sizzles (for him) his 2nd double of the season down the RF line. Edited May 7, 2011 by caulfield12

caulfield12
That's the second person Alexei's hurt this week. One with a foul ball, this time with a bat off the cameraman's head.
Rowand44
QUOTE (Rowand44 @ May 6, 2011 -> 10:26 PM) Ya, this is becoming quite the dilemma. Actually, after taking a whole 30 seconds to think about it, it's really an easy decision, put Edwin in the pen when Jake comes back. That being said, I'm sure that wont happen. caulfield12
Well, there's no way anyone could have hit that pitch to Paulie, even though it was hanging a little high. Unless you were just sitting on it, but it would have been total luck to guess that pitch in that location. Felix is getting a ton of pitches that are well off the corners for strikes. greg775
Look at that, a sacrifice bunt. Yes the bunt is called for at times when the book says play to tie at home, win on road. Though Ozzie gets roasted for bunting.
