Low 90s. Have to imagine he's still building stamina and arm strength right now though.

Thanks, I'm sure. He just looks...I don't know...more herky-jerky than he originally did....

Maybe just me.

Our ERA as a team in May is 2.57. Teams pitching like this should be on a massive run.

thats 2.00 too high for our offense

teahen is almost as big a waste of player as pierre is. he is guaranteed to foul a pitch off to the left and then hit a seven hopper

For 5 million a year and playing twice a week, you'd think he'd have enough energy to hustle down the first base line instead of reaching first in about 7 seconds.

It seems like our players SUCK at hitting hanging breaking pitches. Been that way for a while.

Well they are waiting for the mid thigh fastball center in. Only Dunn got one. But they are waiting.

Teahen's batting average in free-fall mode, down to about .225

And he still has a higher OPS than Beckham.

Who has a higher OPS than Pierre, AJ, Rios and Morel. Yikes.

Looks like all of Peavy's pitchers are within 5-7 MPH of each other. Not exactly the 10+ MPH spread that's ideal.

He is throwing sliders, change-ups and cutters according the play-by-play, in addition to the FB.

That is on KW no need to extend him at all.

Deals made during 2009 = awful consequences. Kinda like what the Cubs have faced the last few years, it's going to take a few years to get some of these bad contracts off the books.
