This would be a big win. Coming home 6-3 on this trip. Beating the A's when Cahill starts.

Could be wet out there today too, so hopefully the rain helps us more than it hurts us. I'll take wins any way we can get them.

Agreed. Hate to say it but the Sox have no chance against Cahill. It'll be another flat offensive dud effort filled with pop-ups and strike outs.

5-4 trip will have to do.

Hey, I'll take a 5-4 road trip to the West Coast. Especially when most of us were predicting 2-7, 1-8...

Like it or not...with ground to make up like we have, we need 6-3 road trips. "I'll take it" works fine when you start the season .500, not 10 games below.

Twins' implosion continues.

Losing 11-3, Bautista homers again, Delmon Young pulling the Milton Bradley routine in LF and getting booed (KW will probably trade for him now)....

Duensing and Slowey absolutely hammered. 8 losses in a row, 12-26 (12.5 GB), previous worst record under Gardenhire 26-33 in 2006.

He's going away. All the time. Every time he gets to 1b in fact. He rapidly goes away.

Times this like, I'm just very grateful this is the last year he has a contract with the Sox.
