Noppe.

I agree with the Grobber that the weak NL argument is weak, although Adam Dunn is making a good argument that the AL pitching is much better.

Show me proof that the NL is the superior league.

I never said superior. I'm sick of people acting like any stats in the NL are worthless cause it's well, the NL.

Oops solo home run.

Dunn's hitting .193.

Tell the truth. Did any of you think he'd be this bad?

Do you think it's his weight? His attitude? Adjusting to the AL? Or age?

I was excited when we got him. I thought he'd be the man.

None of the above.

I think he got completely out of rhythim by having the appendectomy right after the end of ST. Then, he came back too early and pretty much lost everything he built up in spring training.

I think he's basically spent the month of May as if he'd been in spring training again.

I´ll have to say this about Lillibridge, it seems this year he is playin for keeps. His whole outlook and demeanor seem to indicate he has a lot more confidence. His outfield defense (especially his jumps on the ball) is really good. Anyone have a different opinion?

I just don't get how a guy his age would lose everything after being out a couple weeks.

I mean all the BP these guys take. I respect your point but don't buy it.

Or at least it's confusing to me. I mean how long does it take? A full month of s***tiness and he'll be OK in June?

I hope so. Or bat him eighth the rest of the year.

He's definitely a guy easy to root for.

He hustles. Plays great baseball.

Nice to see Rios get a big hit, and PK continues to shine. As for Dunn, if he can't hit Garland and his 88 mph sinker, then there's a huge reason for concern. I'm not buying the appendectomy recovery excuse any longer. His bat speed is just non-existent.

I'm glad Rios got the homer, but that last at bat puzzles me. Move the runner.

Yeah, I agree. No way should missing a week or 10 days push the guy back a full month. Maybe it's the league adjustment, maybe it's just an abberation, but I am not buying the appendectomy excuse after a full freaking month.

I don't think its bothering him any more, I think he came back too early from it and is still completely off kilter from it.
